Jo began her aviation career in a variety of commercial roles with a major European airline, where she developed extensive expertise in commercial planning, forecasting and network strategy, ultimately taking responsibility for commercial viability and network planning.
Since moving into consultancy, Jo has advised airports, governments and tourism organisations across the globe, delivering strategic aviation consultancy, market intelligence and commercial insight. She has successfully led international air service development programmes and managed complex consultancy projects from inception to completion, ensuring the successful delivery of objectives, milestones and outcomes.
Her expertise encompasses aviation strategy, route and network development, market analysis, airline engagement, stakeholder management and traffic forecasting. Combining deep industry knowledge with a pragmatic, data-driven approach, Jo works closely with clients to develop tailored solutions that support sustainable aviation growth and informed strategic decision-making.
Julio Ramirez
Senior Analyst
Julio has more than 24 years of experience across the aviation industry, bringing a unique combination of airline operational expertise, academic knowledge and strategic consultancy. He began his career with LATAM Airlines in Ecuador, where he held a number of leadership roles in crew operations, developing extensive experience in airline operations and workforce planning.
Following the completion of an MSc in Air Transport Management at Coventry University, Julio moved into academia as a Lecturer in Aviation Management before transitioning into aviation consultancy and analytics. He has since worked with organisations including RDC Aviation, easyJet and CAS, delivering market intelligence, data-driven analysis and strategic insight across a broad range of aviation projects.
His expertise spans airline operations, workforce planning, network planning, aviation analytics and strategic consultancy. Combining strong analytical capability with practical industry experience, Julio supports clients in making informed decisions through robust analysis, evidence-based recommendations and commercially focused solutions.
